Overview:
From radio frequency shielding for MRI suites to MRI safe lighting and patient experience products, PDC Facilities strives to be the single source of a hospitals needs to successfully administer diagnostic imaging for all their patients. PDC Facilities has a core focus surrounding the construction aspects of and MRI suite as well as the lighting and electronics that aid in the operation of the suite. The company is seeking a highly motivated professional to assist in the inside sales and estimating functions for the Company. This individual would report directly to the Company’s radio frequency shielding manager and would be largely responsible for the daily estimating and order entry activities for the company.

Responsibilities:
- Generate proposals to be sent to the Company’s radio frequency shielding.
- Review requests for pricing received through the Company’s website
- Assist in routing the requests to the appropriate party and/or preparing a proposal per the request.
- High level review of construction documents and plans to estimate time, labor, construction costs, and product cost to determine the overall cost of a project.
- Assist in other administrative responsibilities as capacities allow.
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well with different people and personalities
- High aptitude in Microsoft 365 products including MS Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with good time management skills
